The pressurization on a plane is intended to recreate the atmospheric pressure, consequently, it has no affect on liquids or gels. Breast implants can be filled either with silicone gel or saline, there is no danger of rupture or damage while travelling by plane. It is the same for the practice of diving.
Can we fly a few days after a Breast Augmentation?
Yes, it is possible but for a short journey, nevertheless, it isn’t cautious for long journeys (over two hours) due to the risk of a phebite. Wearing stockings is therefore highly recommended. (antecedent of phlebitis, heavy smoking, obesity ..) Having a preventive treatment with subcutaneous injections skin anticoagulants will be more recommended
